Why ACA?
Abbeville Christian Academy (ACA) is a coeducational independent college preparatory school of approximately 265 students in grades K2 – 12. It is governed by an elected Board of Directors of 12, whose members represent the various constituencies of the school as well as the community. ÀÇÓÑÉçÇøis an independent, non-profit, Christian based school that admits students of all races, nationalities, creeds and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Application Process
The application process at Abbeville Christian Academy is designed to be welcoming, straightforward, and supportive for all prospective families. Our goal is to ensure that each student who joins our school community is positioned for success spiritually, academically, and socially.Â
Families interested in enrollment begin by contacting the school office or visiting our website to request an information packet. This packet provides an overview of our mission, curriculum, tuition schedule, and extracurricular opportunities. Prospective parents are encouraged to schedule a campus tour, during which they can observe classrooms, meet faculty members, and gain a clear picture of the environment that makes ÀÇÓÑÉçÇøunique.
After the initial inquiry, families complete and submit an application packet that includes academic records, immunization documentation, and any additional materials required for grade-level placement. Once the application is received, the administrative team reviews the submitted information and schedules a student assessment or readiness screening when applicable. This step allows us to understand each child’s educational background and ensure proper placement.
An interview with the family may be conducted to discuss expectations, answer questions, and share more about the values and standards upheld at Abbeville Christian Academy. Following the review and interview process, families are notified of the admission decision. Upon acceptance, parents finalize enrollment paperwork and secure the student’s spot by submitting the required registration fee.
Throughout the entire process, our staff is committed to assisting families, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth transition into the ÀÇÓÑÉçÇøcommunity. The application process reflects our commitment to partnering with parents and welcoming students into a Christ-centered environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
Tuition & Assistance
ÀÇÓÑÉçÇøTuition & Assistance provides financial support to help individuals access essential training, education, or certification programs. Designed to reduce financial barriers, the program offers tuition coverage, need-based assistance, and resources to support career and skill development. ÀÇÓÑÉçÇøis also an Alabama CHOOSE Act participant, which provides families up to $7,000 per year to help cover school tuition and related educational expenses, expanding opportunities for learners and easing financial burdens on families.Â

Tours & Open House
Taking a tour of ACA, attending an open house, or scheduling a day to shadow with a peer are all great ways to get a true feel for the school community. During a tour, you can explore the campus, meet teachers, and see classrooms in action, allowing you to picture yourself as part of the environment. Open house events provide an even deeper look, offering opportunities to ask questions, learn about programs, and hear directly from staff and current students. Shadowing for a day is especially valuable, as it lets you experience a typical school day alongside a peer—following their schedule, participating in classes, and getting a sense of the academic and social atmosphere. Each option helps you make a confident, informed decision about whether ÀÇÓÑÉçÇøis the right fit.
